Dr. Birchfield was raised in Tampa and graduated from the University of Southern Florida with a degree in chemistry. He attended the Medical College of Virginia to study dentistry and completed his dentistry degree (DDS) at New York University. Not only does Dr. Birchfield have a dental practice specializing in endodontistry, he has invested in real estate in the Tampa area for years.
Ted Couch, a Tampa native, attended a Roman Catholic Seminary, the University of Tampa and the Louisiana State University School of Banking. Mr. Couch is a commercial real estate developer and was a past president of the former Northside Bank of Tampa. He is a cofounder and former board member chair of the Moffitt Cancer Center. In addition he was a former chair of the University Community Hospital, now called Florida Hospital Tampa. Mr. Couch has made the largest contribution in the school ’s history to his alma mater, the Jesuit High School in Tampa.
Marty Domres has 37 years real estate experience and his firm, Domres Real Estate Investments Inc., is a top producer in commercial, land and residential real estate in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Domres is a graduate of Realtor Institute, a member of the realtor Land Institute and a member of the Hillsborough County Land Use Appeals Board.
Frank LaFalce is an attorney with Anthony and Partners, LLC., practicing in the areas of banking law, general business law, loan restructuring, complex commercial transactions and commercial litigation. Prior to Anthony & Partners, LLC, Mr. LaFalce was Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Florida Bank. He has held several positions in banks over a 25-year span. Mr. LaFalce graduated with a Bachelor in Political Science from McDaniel College f/k/a Western Maryland College. He obtained his J.D. from Washington & Lee University Law School and has been active in the Florida Bar since 1993.
Tyler Lasher is a Director at Quantum Capital Partners, a company that adds value to investment projects with capital and experience. Mr. Lasher graduated from the University of South Florida in 2010 as a Florida Academic Scholar with a degree in Management and Finance. His experience runs the gamut of economic analysis, from venture capital investment analysis, high net worth asset management, investment banking, IPOs, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, technical research and more. He has also served in most every major business unit with select client organizations, including sales and customer service, product development, IT and operations. Tyler is partner in Basque restaurant, which opened in July 2012.
John Lum, is owner of List Developers and is a longtime South Tampa developer and realtor. Mr. Lum is the Vice President – Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. In addition, he is the owner of The Galleria of New Homes and a partner in C21 List with Beggins. Mr. Lum attended Concordia University and speaks four languages.
Richard A. Roberts, CPA has practiced public accounting since 1986 had been with the Firm since that time. Mr. Roberts earned his Master of Accountancy (Taxation) Degree from the University of South Florida and has significant experience in a broad range of tax issues, including corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, S Corporation and Partnership Taxation, estate planning, asset protection, and succession planning. Rick’s relevant industry experience includes real estate, hospitality and restaurants, medical, manufacturing, and distribution.
