Clearwater has its fair share of baby boomers, but not millennials

Something must be in the water in Clearwater. According to a study from RentCafé, the third city in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area is the only Bay area city that is in the country’s top 20 for cities with the largest share of the baby boomer cohort. In fact, it is one of only four Floridian cities in the top 20.
