New USF basketball coach buys waterfront home in Tampa

The new coach of the University of South Florida's men's basketball team — whose contract is worth $6.58 million over six years — has purchased a waterfront home in Tampa. Brian Gregory and his wife, Yvette, paid $1.75 million for a 6,768-square-foot home on the water in Bay Port Colony, south of Hillsborough Avenue and north of the Courtney Campbell Causeway, according to Hillsborough County property records.
