Top of the List: Tampa Bay’s largest homebuilders

The Sept. 1 issue contains a List of the largest homebuilders in the Tampa Bay area. The List is ranked by number of closings in Tampa Bay in 2016. Lennar Tampa took the top spot on the List with 2,580 local closings. The next-highest on the List was D.R. Horton at 1,550 and CalAtlantic Homes at 834.
