Rent report: Tampa, St. Pete saw small decrease in rent prices last month

Rent in Tampa and St. Petersburg became a little more livable last month. A report from RentCafe, an apartment search website, looked at the rent prices for large-scale multifamily properties, complexes with more than 50 units, for the month of September.
