Steve Yzerman, who officially parted ways with the Tampa Bay Lightning at the end of the 2018-19 season, and his wife, Lisa, sold their Bayshore Boulevard condo for the list price of $1.695 million on Thursday, according to the Multiple Listing Service. According to a report from ATTOM Data Solutions, average earnings in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties fall considerably short of the annual income required to buy a house, based on a 28 percent front end debt-to-income ratio and 3 percent down.
