Bayshore Boulevard home demolished to make way for spec mansion (Photos)

Tampa developer James Ramos, owner of Ramos Design Build Corp. and Re/Max Bay to Bay in Tampa, demolished a one-story 1960 home on Bayshore Boulevard this week in order to replace it with a massive speculative mansion. Ramos Design Build hosted over 100 people during the demolition event, which was completed within 45 minutes, according to a release.
